2 orange peel, chopped
2 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup thick cream
Leave chopped orange peels in water in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Drain the water, wash the peels again and puree in a blender with the other ingredients except the cream.
Return to heat and cook until creamy. Lastly, add the cream and mix well. Divide into small portions and keep in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
Tip: If desired, garnish with orange zest.
