  2. I do pray before I fall asleep and I give thanks in the morning I like my night talk he calm my soul…

  3. I feel better if I pray and meet the day!
    I also feel quite relaxed after running my face under really cold water. Strange I know but the calm works for me.
    Thank you for liking my poem, and I’ve taken on board the need to preserve water, and Avocado fries with chilli lime mayonnaise. Look and sounds good.
