  1. Is there a way to reduce thg rubber demand?

    • As far as I know, Yoshiko, synthetic rubber already exist. However, it’s still not a solution because synthetic isn’t as resistant as the real rubber and uses about 3.5 more oil than what is required for a rubber tree plantation, so it’s also a big problem. New technologies to bring more options to the market and also to recycle the rubber are being created to reduce carbon footprint and to offer more greener products.
