Delicious ways to reduce food waste

  1. A fascinating proposal. After living four years in the fertile desert country of America’s Pacific Northwest, I came to value the opportunities of such climates. Water, and irrigation especially, was the key element. This development, with saltwater, takes everything a step further.

    • Hi Jnana! I think life is so paradoxical and fascinating and people also are so contradictory – while tons of food is wasted in rich countries, people in certain parts of the planet are dying of hunger. While so many have food “growing” in their fridge, other people have to fight for survival. While in so many ways technology is used to harm, others use technology to create and bring happiness and abundance. Maybe the answer is always in our will.

  2. The only Forrest in the desert I know of is the Bear party in Palm Springs…and I thought they were causing a food shortage not solving it! Xoxo
