  1. People are taught what kind of apple is best to buy at market (any food for that matter), and if it doesn’t look like that, then throw it out, it isn’t any good. It is all a mind game. An apple is an apple. Granted a nice big round shiny apple is better over a dual looking one, but food is food and it is all nutrition.
