  1. Nice article. The woman at the Cleveland Clinic said that “fish has a concentration of Omega 3 Fatty acids,” which is not true in all cases. In fact, only a few selective fish have a concentration of those kind of healthy fatty acids, Salmon, sardines, mackerel, anchovies, etc.
