  1. The Bible paints a picture of a cow cudding its food as it pertains to meditation. As it chews it swallows and enters its stomach then it is regurgitated to be chewed some more and swallowed again and so forth until digestion is complete. That saying “I’m going to chew on that awhile.” probably comes from that perspective. As we sift through and ponder on God’s Word we become stronger, happier, more faith-filled, sweeter, kinder, encouraged, positive people. Joshua 1:8 says when we meditate day and night and follow what we learn then we will be successful and prosper. And isn’t that a cool thought?
