  1. I’m not a big fan of tricking kids into doing things. I am not a fan of the tooth fairy or any other imaginary thing out there to encourage kids to do something. I would rather have them understand that they have to do it because it is good for the. It may be harder but it’s honest and honesty is something we need even more these days. In the end the kids grow up knowing that deceit to get what you want is OK if you as a parent use deceit to get them to do something. Kids learn more from what we do than what we say. We do use vegetables in creative ways so that our kids eat them, but we tell them what they are eating 🙂

  2. I have found that green smoothies are a fun way to get your kid into the kitchen and liking there spinach. I had my stepdaughter (5 yr old) help me prepare this smoothie and she just loved it. I liked the idea it gave for popsicles. Well I look forward to your future post. Blessings!
