  1. I love this! I agree with ever bit of this! I wish I did it more! 😄

    • I know…it’s hard to find the time, isn’t? Usually I find it easier if I meditate first thing in the morning, even if I have to get up a little earlier when it’s quieter and peaceful. It gives me the calm and also the energy I need to go on my day and I really love how it feels.
